ORDERING
" If the Buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing address relating to where their credit/debit card statements are delivered to, the Seller will not process the order and void it;

" Orders CANNOT be placed by third parties;

" If the name on the credit/debit card does NOT match the name of the person placing the order, the order will not be processed and be voided.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Fraudulent orders include, but are not limited to, orders placed using a credit/debit card that is not yours or one which you do not have permission to use. The use of a parents or legal guardian's credit/debit card by a minor without the consent of the parent or legal guardian is a crime. All such orders will be prosecuted by the Seller to the fullest extent of the law. It is illegal to misrepresent your age. Hookah Company cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products illegally.

Termination.

Oasis Smoke Shop may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Oasis Smoke Shop account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a VIP, Premium or other Paid Services account, such account can only be terminated by Oasis Smoke Shop if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from Oasis Smoke Shop's notice to you thereof; provided that, Oasis Smoke Shop can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service or other lawful reason. Additionally, a paid account may be temporarily terminated pending a determination of the facts relating to a possible breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

General Representation and Warranty.
